PRIVACY POLICY

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with all of the products we sell in our boutique.

In-store purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if they are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and the tag is attached in the same manner it was purchased) with a receipt.

  • Store Credit will be given if items meet the above criteria.

  • All made to order custom designs, ALL sale/clearance merchandise, and all accessories are final sale.

To return an online purchase:

  1. Email us at southerncharmnavasota@gmail.com to notify us of the return.

  2. You will ship your items back with an email from us acknowledging the return for store credit.

  3. Store credit will be applied to your account if all return policy requirements are met.

We are not responsible for lost packages.  All of our packages are tracked through USPS. Once the shipping status of the package notates “Delivered”, we reserve the right to refuse any refund for any lost packages.
